The VOS summer picnic will be Saturday July 24 from 1-4pm. We plan on eating about 2pm. The VOS will provide the barbecue and the drinks. If everyone would bring a side dish or dessert that would be fantastic. Please RSVP to me by July 17th so we have an idea of how much barbecue, etc. to purchase. The details are listed again below along with the address to the clubhouse. It is the same place that we were at last year as well as the Christmas parties. We have all levels of experience in the society and a mentoring program for those who are just starting out with orchids.

The Virginia Orchid Society is based in Richmond and we meet the third Sunday from September to May at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.
